Why is this a survival recipe?
This recipe is a great base to really experiment with your spices. Sometimes I make them spicy with cayenne pepper and lots of black pepper, sometimes I give them a chili spice, and sometimes I really amp up that garlic flavor.
They are very versatile, and if you don’t like the bones and skin you can purchase them as fillets. Chicken thighs are moist and make delicious leftovers in any chicken recipe.
If you have a Gluten Allergy, make sure all of your products and brands are gluten free.
